You have the right to work in a SAFE SCHOOL or WORKPLACE!

Does your school or district believe in your right to work and be safe in your job? KEA members believe in a safe workplace for you and for your students.

KEA wants to know what is happening to you and your co-workers. We are inviting every KEA member and all Kentucky public school employees to complete our Student Behavior Support Survey (SBSS), in order to get the most definitive amount of information we can about educator safety in Kentucky schools.

Please take this 10-minute survey and then share the link with all your co-workers, fellow members, and potential members via email, social media, or any other way you communicate. This survey is for ALL SCHOOL EMPLOYEES! Deadline to complete is April 27th.

The survey is anonymous! It is open to certified and classified employees, and the information is collected by independent researchers who will gather the data and develop an unbiased report. This information will be shared publicly. Without filters.

This is our opportunity to collect real qualitative and quantitative data to start public policy and legislative conversations about what is really happening in our classrooms and workplaces–conversations that lead to better protecting school employees like you.
