The 2026 KEA Delegate Assembly will be held in person beginning on Thursday, April 9 beginning at 1:00 p.m. EST/12:00 p.m. CST and continuing at 9:00 a.m. EST/8:00 a.m. CST on Friday, April 10.    Duly elected delegates can find information on the edCommunities page “KEA Delegate Assembly 2026.”  The DA will be held at the Crowne Plaza, 830 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY. 

Delegates are elected from each local and must be properly registered to participate.  This is accomplished by the local president submitting the delegates/alternates names and information on the Smartsheet form (link on the left side of this page).  Delegates and Alternates must be submitted by 5:00 p.m.  November 30, 2025. You can click here to access the registrtion form. Delegates reported after that date must be approved by the KEA Constitution/Compliance Committee.  Final submission of delegates and alternates is March 23, 2026. After that date, delegates and alternates must register on-site at the KEA Help Desk during registration hours.
