KEA seeks an experienced UniServ Director to grow, support, and retain membership in our largest local, the Jefferson County Teachers’ Association (JCTA).  The successful applicant must strongly support public education and the vision, mission, and values of KEA; hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher; and have previous demonstrable experience in union, issue, or community organizing.
