The 2027 NEA RA will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana June 30th through July 4th, 2027. This is an incredible opportunity for any active KEA member to experience the power of your union and the amazing work that goes into the governance of the association.
Active KEA members interested in attending the 2027 NEA RA in Indianapolis, Indiana, may nominate themselves to be elected as statewide delegates.
Successful candidates will receive a stipend to subsidize the costs of attendance.
All nominations must be submitted through this link – 2027 NEA RA Statewide Delegate Nomination; nominations will not be accepted any other way. The deadline for all nominations is 5:00 PM Eastern on Friday, January 15, 2027.
Active members will then elect their delegates in an online election that will open on March 1, 2027, and will close on March 31, 2027. Voting will occur through the KEA website at www.kea.org Election results will be unlocked by the Compliance/Constitution Committee early in April and will be announced during the 2027 KEA Delegate Assembly. Results will also be posted on www.kea.org .
