Voting for JCTA-Retired officers will be open from 5 pm on September 27 and will close at 5 pm (eastern time) on October 11, 2013. In order to vote, JCTA-Retired members will visit https://election.kea.org and provide identifying credentials (i.e. last name, last four of social security number, work county). If the member information does not match the information on file with KEA, then members will still be able to cast a ballot, but the ballot will be subject to a verification process. Once the member information has been verified the votes will be officially recorded. No one will be able to view any ballot at any time during the process. JCTA-Retired members' information is protected using the most current industry standard.
