If you have recently joined KEA as a new member, you understand and agree that your access to the IRC will be gained only after KEA's Membership Department has successfully processed your membership application.
The KEA IRC references sites and information located worldwide throughout the Internet. Because KEA has no control over such sites and information, KEA makes no guarantees as to such sites and information, including: (i) the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of any such sites and information, or (ii) whether a KEA search may locate unintended and objectionable content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account number and/or password. You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.

KEA uses its best efforts to maintain the IRC and related services, but KEA is not responsible for the results of any defects that may be found to exist in the IRC, or consequential damages that may result from such defects. Although KEA attempts to provide accurate and helpful information in the IRC, you should not assume that the IRC is error-free or that it will always be suitable for the particular purpose that you have in mind when using it.
KEA may modify or discontinue our services, with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to terminate your account for reasons including but not limited to: if you are no longer a KEA member, we learn that you have provided us with false or misleading registration information, interfered with other users or the administration of KEA's services, violated the Terms and Conditions contained herein, or KEA's online policy regarding privacy and acceptable use.
KEA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind resulting from the use of or the inability to use KEA's IRC and/or its services.
You further agree not to use the IRC or other KEA services to send, obtain, receive or disseminate any information, message or material that is unlawful, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates the acceptable use standards described on our site. You understand and expressly agree that use of KEA's IRC and related services is at your sole risk, that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of KEA's IRC is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.
