Lincoln County Education Association held its 2007 Spring Banquet on Monday, May 7th. We had a special visit from the Spirit of Frederick Douglass, as portrayed by Michael Crutcher (www.spiritoffrederickdouglass.com). We honored retirees Nancy Ball and Penny Vaught. KEA President Sharron Oxendine and KEA-CD President Stephanie Winkler were also guests.
