Credit Card Programs The NEA WorldPoints Platinum Plus Credit Card, NEA Platinum Plus MasterCard and NEA Quantum MasterCard have no annual fees and are custom-tailored exclusively for NEA members. They offer flexibility, low annual percentage rates, grace periods, payment holidays and more. These accounts are issued and administered by MBNA America Bank. Personal Loan A member can borrow from $3,000 to $25,000 on the strength of his or her signature and take up to 84 months to repay. This plan is administered by MBNA America Bank. Line of Credit A member can secure a credit line of up to $25,000, if he or she qualifies for the NEA Line of Credit. It is issued and administered by MBNA America Bank. Home Financing Program This program offers members a wide variety of innovative, flexible home mortgages, as well as customized home equity loans.
