Recommended Process for Locals Wishing to Unify

Currently, the KEA Constitution allows groups of active members (certified and ESP) to form one local. Delegates to the 2011 KEA Delegate Assembly amended the KEA Constitution making this option available to student and retired members, also. KEA strongly encourages groups of members interested in exploring unification to follow the process outlined below.
